These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the laki55 platform. By accessing or using laki55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
laki55 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any person found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game stakes at laki55 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laki55 login credentials. laki55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one laki55 account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether personally or through a third party, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
Binding Agreement
By creating a laki55 account and using the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with laki55. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a laki55 player.
- "laki55" / "We" / "Us" Refers to the laki55 platform, its operators, management, and affiliates responsible for the delivery of online casino and sports betting services accessible at laki55.bio.
- "Player" / "You" Any individual who has registered a laki55 account, accesses the platform, or uses any service offered by laki55, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers.
- "Account" The unique personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the laki55 platform, used to access games, manage funds, and claim promotions.

- "BDT" / "৳" Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency supported by laki55 for all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and real-money gameplay.
- "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive awarded by laki55 to a player's account, subject to the wagering and eligibility conditions stated at the time of the offer.
- "Wagering Requirement" The total amount a player must wager, calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount), before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by laki55 before processing a player's first withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, and driver's licence.
- "Self-Exclusion" A voluntary account restriction, initiated by the player, that prevents login, deposits, and all gameplay activity for a defined or indefinite period, as provided by laki55's responsible gaming tools.
- "Prohibited Territory" Any jurisdiction where accessing or using online casino or sports betting services is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Players accessing laki55 from a prohibited territory do so at their own legal risk.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
laki55 operates a strict eligibility policy. Access to the platform and participation in any real-money game or betting market is conditional on meeting all of the following requirements at all times. laki55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.
- You must be at least 18 years of age. laki55 is strictly a platform for adults. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online casino games and sports betting in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period, or problem gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation on platforms of this nature.
- You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial gain, professional arbitrage betting, or any systematic advantage-play strategy that exploits bonus structures is prohibited.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of laki55 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners. Immediate family members of such persons are also ineligible to hold a laki55 player account.
- You must register and maintain only one account. If you already hold an existing laki55 account — whether active, suspended, or closed — you may not open a new account without first contacting laki55 support at [email protected].
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and whenever prompted to update it. Submitting false identity documents is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money games and betting markets on laki55, you must complete the registration process and, where required, the KYC identity verification process. The following terms govern registration and account management on the laki55 platform.
During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You will also be required to create a unique username and a strong password. laki55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after account creation.
- All information submitted during registration must be accurate and truthful. laki55 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.
- laki55 will require KYC document verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include Bangladesh National ID (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driver's licence accompanied by proof of address.
- KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. laki55 will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
- laki55 reserves the right to suspend an account pending identity verification at any time, particularly where unusual activity or a potential policy breach is detected.
- Players may update their contact information by submitting a request to laki55 support at [email protected], accompanied by documentary evidence where required. Name changes are only permitted where a legal name change has occurred and is supported by official documentation.
- Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more — may be subject to an administrative fee as specified in the applicable account policy communicated to the player at the time of dormancy notification.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
laki55 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at laki55's discretion, with notice provided on the platform's payments page.
The minimum deposit at laki55 is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for bank transfer methods are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your laki55 BDT balance within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect, depending on the processing schedules of the relevant institution.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, and that is registered in the same name as the laki55 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraudulent withdrawal requests.
- laki55 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the player's chosen payment provider. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
- laki55 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees; laki55 accepts no responsibility for third-party transaction charges.
- laki55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. This is a standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.
- In the event of a deposit error or technical fault, do not attempt to re-deposit before contacting laki55 support at [email protected]. laki55 will investigate and resolve genuine deposit errors within a reasonable timeframe.
- Players may not deposit funds that originate from criminal activity. Any funds identified as proceeds of crime will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
laki55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as the specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general bonus terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the offer description at the time of activation.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player may claim a welcome bonus once per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid for the game or games specified in the offer terms. Free spins have a validity window — typically 7 days from credit — after which unused spins expire without compensation.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. When a player has both real-money funds and bonus funds in their account, real-money funds are used first for game stakes. Bonus funds are used once the real-money balance reaches zero.

- laki55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already activated a bonus will not be affected by retrospective changes to that specific offer's terms.
- laki55 may at its sole discretion void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, using incorrect information, or through exploitation of a technical error in the platform.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play. laki55 reserves the right to withhold bonus offers from players whose account activity suggests professional or systematic betting strategies that exploit promotional structures.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
laki55 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable platform for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the laki55 platform, place bets, spin slots, or perform any other game action that would otherwise require human input.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, share information during live poker or card game sessions in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit the platform's odds.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or in any third-party game to generate credits, spins, or winnings that would not result from normal gameplay. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using laki55 as a vehicle to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming intent, or cycling funds through multiple payment methods to obscure their origin.
- Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a laki55 account. All detected instances of payment fraud will be reported to relevant financial institutions and law enforcement authorities.
- Registering multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other offers restricted to new players. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and all bonuses and associated winnings voided.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location or identity in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks applied by laki55.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards laki55 support staff, other players on community features of the platform, or any representative of laki55 in any channel. laki55 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse directed at its team.
Account Suspension & Closure
laki55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time. The following terms govern account suspension and closure on the laki55 platform.
- laki55 may suspend an account temporarily pending investigation of suspected policy breaches, identity verification requirements, unusual financial activity, or responsible gaming concerns. A suspended account cannot be used to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw.
- laki55 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed, where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players, or where required by applicable law.
- Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not yet wagered may be returned at laki55's discretion following investigation, provided no fraud or money laundering is implicated.
- Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting laki55 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any bonus funds will be removed from the account.
- Players who wish to take a break from gambling without permanently closing their account may activate a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and indefinite duration via the responsible gaming tools in Account Settings. During self-exclusion, laki55 will suppress all promotional communications to the account.
- Once a self-exclusion period has been set, it cannot be shortened or cancelled until the full exclusion period has elapsed. This is a deliberate design feature to ensure the tool provides genuine protection rather than a cosmetic option.
- laki55 reserves the right to close the platform, individual game sections, or specific regional offerings with reasonable prior notice to affected players. In such an event, remaining BDT balances will be paid out to players' registered withdrawal methods.
Limitation of Liability
The laki55 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While laki55 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates continuously, accurately, and securely, the following limitations of liability apply to your use of the platform.
- laki55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. laki55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
- laki55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms, including losses arising from failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner, failure to meet bonus wagering requirements, or failure to comply with deposit or withdrawal limits.
- laki55 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a player's use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is the player's responsibility to understand the legal status of online gambling in their location.
- In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect crediting of funds, laki55 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. laki55 accepts no liability for any perceived loss arising from such a correction.
- laki55's total aggregate liability to any player, arising from or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform, is limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits laki55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which laki55 operates. Any dispute arising from the use of the laki55 platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
